We are looking to expand our initial pilot projects with a handful of more sites as part of phase 2 of our developement. We would like to hear from you if you are a landowner or know one that would be interested in working with us to develop our pioneer PCC scheme. PCC (Private, Commercial, Community) schemes are developments between the EML Group, the landowner and local communities that sees EML taking on all the risk capital and showing the third parties how to achieve up to 100% finance on the consented bases that we allocate to them. Space is limited and Phase 2 will pave the way for the third round that will see a more national campaign.
